Want to know more about your icon? Bring your objects in for an assessment clinic provided by the members of the Museum’s curatorial team. The assessment includes the approximate age of your icon, where, how, and for what purpose it was made. Find out if your’s was a Church icon or one for domestic display, and receive information on conservation and appraisal services. Assessments do not include financial appraisals, per IRS tax code prohibiting the valuation of objects by a nonprofit.
